Psychological safety was negatively correlated with employees' acquiescence voice. The three leadership styles were fully mediated by psychological safety for their employees' acquiescence voice. From this model, we found that the order of indirect influence strength from strong to weak is supportive leadership, moderate leadership, and inclusive leadership. We carried out a sample of 600 employees from 42 manufacturing SMEs in Taiwan. Using the ordinary least squares regression to analyze our hypotheses. The results support our predictions and advance the current understanding of employees' voice in changing workplaces. Therefore, the contribution of this research literature lies in the areas of innovation management and human resource management.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.51505/ijebmr.2022.6606
