Abstract: The goal of this study was to see how transformational leadership, compensation, and self-efficacy affected job satisfaction and performance among education personnel at Airlangga University in Surabaya's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. The quantitative research method was applied in this study. This study's sample consisted of 65 people who were polled utilizing the Non Probability approach. Data was gathered by handing out questionnaires containing multiple statements.
