Abstract: Capital construction investment involves building infrastructure to serve the socio-economic development of each country and each locality. For the maximal role of investment projects, it is necessary to strengthen the management of State budget expenditures in the entire budget process, including making estimates, executing estimates, conducting settlement and inspection, and examining State budget expenditures. Through an assessment of the status-quo, achievements, and limitations, the study proposed several solutions to enhance the management of State budget expenditures for capital construction investment in Muong Lat district, Thanh Hoa province. |
