Abstract: The stresses that come with obtaining loans from financial institutions by the individual borrowers of Cameroon is daunting and tantamount to good connections. Income generation for individual borrowers is dependent on the ability to attract loans from financial institutions which in most cases is a stressful process. The individual borrowers of Cameroon depend on microloans for survival and success. This paper focuses on the importance of microfinance management to benefit individual borrowers as a catalyst for economic development and stability for the success of a developing economy like that of Cameroon. |
