Abstract:
Assessment and feedback play a significant role in higher education as a process to assess the student's knowledge attainment against the programme's learning outcome. This paper intends to analyse the current assessment method practised in business studies programmes and the opportunity of impassive method - a student development focused, feedback and assessment method and its impact on student progress. In this paper, an evaluation of the current assessment and feedback practices of business schools are made based on the available literature.
