Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence
of corporate entrepreneurship, knowledge management, and competitive intensity
on organizational performance, mediated by organizational innovation in Micro,
Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bogor Regency. The methodology used is
quantitative, using hypothesis testing through questionnaires distributed to
295 MSMEs, with data analysis conducted using IBM SPSS version 24 and Amos
version 25.
The findings indicate that corporate entrepreneurship, knowledge management, and competitive intensity have a significant and positive direct effect on both organizational performance and organizational innovation. Additionally, organizational innovation also has a significant and positive impact on organizational performance. The indirect effects of corporate entrepreneurship, knowledge management, and competitive intensity on organizational performance, mediated by organizational innovation, are also found to be significant. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of corporate entrepreneurship, knowledge management, and competitive intensity in enhancing MSMEs performance in Bogor Regency, as well as the need for attention in policymaking to support the change process.
