By leveraging the rich natural resources of the Niger Delta, such partnerships can foster economic growth and sustainable development. The paper discusses the benefits of shifting from entertainment-based to knowledge-based partnerships, with an emphasis on establishing leadership development centers and inviting subject matter experts for training and capacity building. The paper concludes with recommendations for effective collaboration and sustainable development strategies.
