Abstract: Game Theory is the mathematical science that analyzes conflict situations and seeks competitive and cooperative solutions through models, or carries out a study of individual decisions in situations in which there are interactions between the different subjects, such that the decisions of a subject they can affect the results achieved by a rival, according to a feedback mechanism. Therefore, it represents a discipline that has as its object of analysis the decision-making situations in which several subjects find themselves making choices, on the whole of which the final result depends. This type of problem occurs frequently in economic theory. In the present work, after a brief introduction, we will highlight precisely these aspects and finally we will focus on the Nash equilibrium.DOI: https://doi.org/10.51505/IJEBMR.2024.8208
